Description
This Appalachia Project sticker can be added to profiles of Appalachians. Descendants of Appalachians should use the {{Appalachian Roots}} sticker.
To add this sticker to a profile, place the string similar to the text in Code used: column of Examples table anywhere in the biography part of the profile. Usually you should put it next to the text describing a Sticker, but it should always be below the == Biography == heading and above the == Sources == heading.

Notes
- Appalachia covers 423 counties in 13 states (according to the Appalachian Regional Commission). See the Appalachia Project's Counties of Appalachia for tables (by state) with links to WikiTree's category pages for those counties.
- Contact the Appalachia Project if you believe a profile needs to be project-managed or protected, but for profiles that need the project's help, you can use the needs= parameter with this sticker to bring it to the project's attention.
- Note: The text for the base sticker - {{Appalachia Sticker}} - does not change when you add a state parameter, but it will add the corresponding Appalachians category, meaning {{Appalachia Sticker|state=West Virginia}} will not change the sticker's text but will add the profile to Category: West Virginia Appalachians.
